I'm an ENFP and I've managed to hire an ENTJ, ISFJ and a ESFJ. If anything, I've nearly hired my opposites! But that's only because (as a P) I agree to everything but get very little done. Great starts! Lousy follow through. I know that of myself. So I surround myself with people that are completers. It works for me. I'm going to check out the books you recommend.
