For the past 7 days, I’ve been speaking at a summer camp in South/Central Texas. It’s been an incredible week. I love this camp. But it’s Texas and this place is hot.
I’ve been going to camp for well over 20 years. I have all kinds of experience at camps all over the United States, but I must tell you, there’s nothing like camp in Texas. So, I want to share with you my top ten list of how you know you’re at camp in the state of Texas. I’ll post 3 a day and wrap up this top ten on Friday!

It’s not my birthday

So, yesterday I got punked by my own prank. It was so funny. At lunch yesterday, I told everyone about a great new facebook prank to play. I recently learned it and hadn’t tried it yet. If you can hop on someone’s computer when they’re not on it, get on their Facebook account and change their birthday to today. Later in the day, they’ll find out what you’ve done after they have dozens of “happy birthday” comments.
Well, yesterday during the main afternoon session, I spent the entire time meeting and talking with people. While away from my computer, some other blogger (Jonathan Cliff) changed my birthday. So, since last night, people have been wishing me a happy birthday. I think someone even brought me a cake. Very funny, huh?
Now you know a great prank. Have fun with it… just be ready to get punked by your own prank.
