		<description>That&#039;s hilarious!  I&#039;m a huge fan of marketing.  Coming from a broadcasting background gives me quite the advantage on a casual Pastor because of my marketing experience.

One of the most untapped resources in church marketing is to market a casual event as if it is not casual.  In other words... you&#039;re already planning to have your regular volunteer Mr Smith teach the kids next week.  Announce that Mr Smith is going to be teaching the children about worship next week and your kids don&#039;t want to miss it!

... it&#039;s just a regular service... but they don&#039;t know that.  The other thing is to brag a little bit... whenever a good thing happens, tell people about it.  People like being a part of something good... and if that something is your church and your children&#039;s ministry... you&#039;ll have members and volunteers headed your way.</description>
