My thoughts exactly. Our church plant is 65% unchurched and the majority of those are the young families. It’s exciting to see them come to God & enjoy their enthusiasm but they simply don’t know what’s next yet. I like the concepts of Brian Haynes book, Shift, with it’s structured classes and steps, but our church culture is so UNstructured, I think we will have to find a more casual approach to do achieve the same end.

Will be looking forward to hearing more about any processes you develop!
