I'm telling you... we're more alike than different. We could be brothers. I do love Narnia as well... beautiful stories. However, Tolkien often criticized Lewis for his writing being too allegorical. I like them both, but if it came to a choice between the two, I'm going with Tolkien. Maybe I should bring these two books and we can read them to each other in the car. :) Ha! I do love Narnia as well… beautiful stories. However, Tolkien often criticized Lewis for his writing being too allegorical. I like them both, but if it came to a choice between the two, I’m going with Tolkien.

Amazing. If you were to ask me my two favorite books you would be hard pressed for me to answer something other than Tale of 3 kings and The Life you've always wanted. Lord of the rings?
