I really like the cork board idea. I like that you didn’t add to many post notes.
couple of changes I would make:
Make the 411 info note blue instead of the ask questions note. As I was drawn to the blue note first. I think the odd color is the one you one the important info on.
Just for fun maybe make one note a fake grocery list or todo list. I find with parents humor is very disarming.
