Back in 2007, I took a group of 40 on a four day mission trip to Ensenada, Mexico. It was a powerful trip, my first international trip with kids. If going again, I would have scheduled the trip for one additional day. Regardless, here is a great sample of what the schedule looked like. It included all of our travel and ministry while in Mexico. Just about every hour was planned and accounted for on this trip.
